We are looking for part-time help to build statistical models.  The work
will be between 10 - 40 hours per month depending on work loads and will
need to be preformed at DecisionQ's office location in downtown Washington
DC.  The candidate will need to own a laptop with Windows XP and should have
experience with the following:

       - Basic Statistics <br>
       - Excel <br>
       - SQL/Microsoft Access <br>
       - SPSS or SAS <br>

Desirable Qualities of the candidate

       - Experience with Quantitative analysis <br>
       - Strong work ethic <br>
       - Good writing skills <br>
